TrendPulse uses statistical models, machine-learning models, and artificial intelligence technologies to analyze merchant-authorized data and provide forecasts, recommendations, explanations, and other functionality.
Our decision systems may use information such as historical sales, inventory levels, product information, prices, and other authorized operational signals.
Where an external AI or model provider is used, we seek to limit the information sent to that provider to what is necessary for the applicable functionality and subject such providers to appropriate contractual and security requirements.
Merchant data is not sold to AI model providers.
